Scouter’s Mountain – Now Leasing

Scouter’s Mountain is a planned 216-unit garden-style apartment community in Happy Valley, Oregon, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the region. Scouter’s Mountain takes its cues from the region’s upscale camping retreats such as Suttle Lodge in Sisters, Oregon, and the Society Hotel in Bingen, Washington. Scouter’s Mountain will consist of 5 four-story buildings featuring craftsman-style architecture with gabled roofs and overhangs. Siding will include a mixture of board-and-batten and lap.
